Remuneration: £75,000 - £100,000neg (dependent on experience)

The role of the Contracts Manager - Brickwork will involve:

• Contracts Manager position overseeing various brickwork projects
• Overseeing projects and ensuring that contracts are adhered to
• Manage and maintain all relevant health and safety documentation
• Chairing both internal and subcontractor meetings to update on progress and quality
• Ensuring that specifications and drawings are followed throughout projects

• Managing communications between the office and site
• Ensure all team members have all materials ordered and deliveries planned
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with team, clients and subcontractors
• Working on projects in value up to £15m

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Brickwork industry with:

• Must have Contracts Management experience within the brickwork market sector
• Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Resilient individual who can resolve site queries
• Full UK license
• Excellent communicator across all levels both written and verbally
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
