We have partnered with a leading supplier of industrial solutions to the engineering and manufacturing organisations looking to recruit for a Contracts Engineer to lead and manage all customer warranty and service claims.

Contracts Engineer
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Support customers with aftermarket service contract claims.
  • Managing through from enquiry to completion of customer contracts claims
  • Liaising with customers towards the end of their contracts to retain contracts extensions.
  • Work closely with customers to understand the full scope of supply.
  • Manage the full technical and commercial information for all assigned contracts.
  • Negotiation on issues with customers as appropriate and within levels of delegated authority.

Skills/Experiences/Qualifications
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Strong planning, problem solving and organisation skills.
  • Ideally have experience working within a similar engineering environment of manufactured goods
  • It would be beneficial to have a Mechanical Engineering HND or similar level or engineering field.
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Previous experience working closely with suppliers of mechanical, electrical or electronic parts would be desirable.
