This role will involve being part of the Spares team & you will be responsible for ordering & processing spares orders for contract delivery of pumps & associated equipment projects . The ideal candidate will be experienced in the pump / rotating equipment industry and be used to the Order Processing of spare parts and delivering contracts to tight deadlines. You will enjoy a varied and interesting role & the ability to liaise effectively with suppliers, customers and procurement teams.

This is a great opportunity for a Project / Contracts / Spares Coordinator, or a Machinist or fitter with spares / order processing experience looking for a different direction in their career, to work in a varied & interesting role, for a company who offer training, development, long term progression alongside a great salary & benefits package.

The Role:

  • Contracts Coordination / Project delivery / Spares Coordination & order processing of Pumps & associated equipment
  • Managing orders, invoicing, job cost, PO requests, Despatch Notes, , etc.
  • Creation of spare supply quality plans, documentation and certification, data analysis, reports
  • Requisition of materials, spares and third-party services to meet delivery requirements.
  • Prepare job files for timely invoicing, final sign off and closure.


The person:

  • Ideally experience within a Spares coordination role ( Fitter/machinist ) or Contacts / project delivery of parts within an engineering environment
  • Used to processing orders and delivering contracts to tight deadlines
  • Ideally familiar with pumps and associated equipment
  • Great communication skills and able to juggle multiple projects
  • Looking to work for a great company who will invest in your internal & external training & development & your long term career progression
