MBA are looking to hire a Contractor Payroll Specialist who will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for PAYE and Ltd contractors. Also providing exceptional care and support to their clients. The role is based at their HQ in Chester. This is a new opportunity for someone who is looking to utilise their payroll administration and client relationship experience.

MBA work with some of the most well-known businesses in their industry, completing the highest standard of contractor care and payrolling services. The Contractor Payroll Specialist will support the wider Onboarding and Payroll team by completing payroll administration and client relationship support.

Contractor Payroll Specialist Responsibilities
  • Complete all payroll administration duties for PAYE and LTD contractors on a weekly basis
  • Preparation of payroll reporting
  • Support the Contractor Relationship Coordinator
  • Developing relationships with client stakeholders
  • Prepare and deliver client specific reporting during monthly and quarterly reviews
  • Query management and resolution
Contractor Payroll Specialist Requirements
  • Payroll Administration experience
  • Ability to build rapport with stakeholders
  • Ability to identify process improvements
  • Strong attentions to detail and accuracy in payroll processing
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
