Contract Plant Shift Manager

Redline has a fantastic opportunity for a Contract Plant Shift Manager based in Hampshire with a world leader in the supply of industrial gases. For the right candidate they will be able to offer a permanent position at the end of the contract term.

This role has an indicative INSIDE IR35 determination therefore candidates will be required to operate via an Umbrella company.

This is your chance to join an established team of Shift Managers and to develop your skills further within plant management. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the plant, including troubleshooting issues, routine checks, emergency response and security of the site.

There are 2 positions available with this Hampshire based client, and they are looking for the candidates to come from different backgrounds, being:

- Mechanical

- Plant instrumentation

Both Contract Plant Shift Managers require:

- Apprenticed background (either mechanical or instrumentation)

- Experience in the Oil & Gas or Chemical Industry

- Experience in problem solving

- Experience with cryogenics or air separation is highly desirable
