Contract & Performance Manager
Location: Torquay
Salary: Up £38,900 + benefits
Are you an experienced education or employability leader with a proven track record in managing funded programmes, contracts, and performance? If so we have a fantastic opportunity!
Overview:
Working for a leading alternative education provider, you will oversee a range of funded training and employability programmes whilst leading a team of Advisors to deliver contractual success.
A typical week:
- Lead a team of advisors/tutors
- Oversee the delivery of funded contracts
- Manage stakeholder & employer relationships
- Network & seek new funding opportunities
You'll need the following for this role:
- 2 years contract & people management experience
- Understanding of education / employability funding
- Confident communication skills
- Level 4 qualification in business related subject (desirable)
