Location: Torquay
Salary: Up £38,900 + benefits

Are you an experienced education or employability leader with a proven track record in managing funded programmes, contracts, and performance? If so we have a fantastic opportunity!

Overview:

Working for a leading alternative education provider, you will oversee a range of funded training and employability programmes whilst leading a team of Advisors to deliver contractual success.

A typical week:

  • Lead a team of advisors/tutors
  • Oversee the delivery of funded contracts
  • Manage stakeholder & employer relationships
  • Network & seek new funding opportunities

You'll need the following for this role:

  • 2 years contract & people management experience
  • Understanding of education / employability funding
  • Confident communication skills
  • Level 4 qualification in business related subject (desirable)
