Description

  • Lead the management of contracts and agreements
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations
  • Manage and lead a team within the facilities management department
  • Develop and implement contract management strategies
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify and resolve contractual issues
  • Manage risk and implement mitigation strategies
  • Oversee the financial performance of contracts
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and suppliers

Profile

  • Qualifications in Electrical or mechanical systems.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Property industry
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience in risk management and mitigation
  • Ability to develop and implement effective contract management strategies
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Experience managing a team
