I am representing a construction main contractor based in the Midlands, who are looking to appoint a full time Contract Manager.

The company turnover around £100M within the business and are looking to appoint a candidate due to business growth.

The candidate will split their time between the office and visiting sites, overseeing projects ranging from £500K-£7M.

Project schemes are new build and fit out, across the healthcare and education sector.

Day to day duties include but are not limited to:
Overseeing the programme
Liaising with the pre-construction team
Communication with the design team
Overseeing health & safety
Client meetings
Overseeing site managers on the live projects

Requirements for the role:
5+ years at Contracts Manager level
Experience working for a construction contractor turning over between £50M and £100M
New Build and fit out experience
Experience working on projects across the education, healthcare or public sector
Experience overseeing projects between £1M-£5M
Based in or local to the West Midlands
