Job Opportunity: Contract Manager - Renewable Energy Projects

Location: Hybrid
Duration of Assignment: 6-9 Months
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Rate: £400 Per day Umbrella
IR35 Status: Inside IR35

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced construction contract manager to oversee renewable energy projects, with a particular focus on solar energy (although not essential). The role involves resolving variations and other contractual issues with our contractors. While the project team will provide input regarding project history, we need a proactive individual capable of promptly escalating and resolving matters. Multiple projects are nearing conclusion but have faced significant delays, requiring immediate attention.

Requirements:

• Experience in construction contract management, preferably with exposure to renewable energy projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve contractual issues promptly.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to escalate matters efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with project teams.
