My client is a leading property services contractor, with an excellent reputation within the marketplace they are winning plenty of work from both new and existing clients. They have secured places on 4 leading frameworks, delivering social housing repair and planned maintenance contracts within the region.

The works are a mixture of upgrades on Kitchen and Bathrooms, re-roofing planned maintenance.
The Contract Manager role would be required to managing multiple site teams across the region. Delivering social housing maintenance and refurbishment projects. They have a solid workflow coming through from places held on council frameworks secured for the next 7 years+
The business has several business streams, collectively being around the £28million Turn Over business. They cover a good variety of works within refurbishments, painting, and maintenance typical values range from £50k-£3million.

To be considered you will have held an contracts manager position with a similar contractor. Having proven successful project delivery within social housing and maintenance, small works contracts. Ideally having experience in program and planning the works.
The position is a client facing role, so the contracts manager will have experience dealing with clients. This is a fast-paced role, you will have proven experience of dealing with project programming using Project software ideally.

As Contracts Manager you will be required to be proficient in IT managing reports and updating Rams accordingly.
You will be ensuring all the highest standards or Health and Safety and Compliance are met. Promote good communication with the team ensure all tool box talks are carried out accordingly.
