Job Title: Contracts Manager in Roofing

Location: Manchester, Liverpool, and Yorkshire

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager in Roofing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the roofing industry and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire process of roofing projects, from the initial planning stages to the final execution and completion.
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that the project is completed to the highest standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and be able to work well under pressure.
• Read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in the roofing industry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
• Good understanding of construction techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents.
