My client a global agency is on the hunt for an individual to assist in the Veeva Vault content upload process for medical review, encompassing medical referencing.

The role entails the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uploading batches of articles onto Source Clear.
  • Addressing reviewer comments and inquiries:
    • including content queries derived from copywriters' responses to feedback.
    • Some responses may necessitate exercising judgment based on the context of the comment, particularly concerning referencing feedback or required changes.
  • Updating referencing materials as necessary:
    • adding new references through commenting or anchoring
    • ensuring the accuracy of existing references with proper anchor placement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical digital marketing compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with Medical, Legal & Regulatory review processes.
  • Proficiency in MLR Uploads, Medical Referencing Support, and Veeva Vault Uploads.
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to processes.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and Adobe PDF at a professional level.
