Contract - E-Commerce Director - Media Agency - £350 - £430 per day DOE (Inside IR35) - 3 Months Initially

A Central London based global media agency are looking for an E-Commerce Director for an initial 3 months to support on a relatively new key client across the EU region. You will be working closely with the client on developing and implementing their Amazon strategy, while being the technical pillar in the team making sure the work being produced if of the highest standard. To be successful in this role, you will need to be an expert in all things Amazon, and comfortable leading this from the front from both a strategic and technical perspective. The contract is to start ASAP, and will run for an initial 3 months with potential to extend/go permanent.

*** Fully remote workers cannot be considered for this. You will need to be able to get into the Central London office at least once/twice a week.

The Job

• E-Commerce Director
• Working on a high profile account in the retail space
• Leading a team consisting of Account Managers and Account Execs
• Key point of contact for both client and team across all Amazon advertising products
• Take charge of client agenda and develop/drive roadmap
• Drive Amazon strategy across multiple markets including Germany, France, UK, Spain, Italy etc.
• Utilise data to develop retail budgets with the client and oversee delivery

You

• Amazon marketing expert! Ability to think strategically but still with a solid technical understanding of all Amazon advertising products.
• Very strong client facing background - happy to take control of daily client contact
• Team leader - comfortable overseeing a team of varying abilities in a fast paced environment
• Prior experience working across EU markets / dealing with local teams
• Analytical - ability to interpret and present data to drive media/marketing plans
• Collaborative - will need to work with agency partners
• Available ASAP
