Job: Contract Asbestos Surveyor

Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire

Rate: £220 per day + expenses + 40p / mile

IR35 Determination: Outside of Scope

An immediately available Asbestos Surveyor is required for an ongoing period of work at a consultancy who have a very busy schedule ahead of them.

You will be inducted through the quality manual and signed off for management surveys to domestic properties around the Lincoln suburbs and surrounding areas. You will be home based and issued with surveys remotely on a daily basis. You will arrive at your pre-booked appointments and carry out the management survey using the scope and template you will have been provided with to carry out your surveys. Other jobs allocated may also include surveys to communal areas also.

About You:

You must hold the P402 or RSPH equivalent qualifications and have at least 12 months survey experience on housing type properties. You will also have your own toolkit and transportation to get from site to site. This is an initial period contract however my client has advised that looking at their forecast pipeline, they in all likeliness will need this cover for an indefinite period.
