Your new company
A market leading, FTSE 250 Engineering firm in Gloucester, is now seeking to employ a Continuous Improvement Engineer as part of their continued process improvement division. With an established supply chain and a clear career path, this outstanding employer of choice will be able to provide you with the opportunity to fulfil your potential.

Your new role
As the Continuous Improvement Engineer, you'll be reporting to the Head of Operational Excellence with a dotted reporting line to the Site Director. Within this role, you will be expected to take the lead on process improvement strategies, drive cost-saving initiatives and roll out training on newly integrated manufacturing lines. You will be expected to engage with all levels of the business, driving the adoption of processes and coaching where required to reinforce learning.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application for this Continuous Improvement Engineer position, you must have a proven track record in process improvement from a heavy engineering / heavy manufacturing industry. Ideally, you'll hold a Yellow or Green 6sigma qualification, but this won't be crucial to the success of your application. You will need to have a working knowledge of root cause analysis and fish bone tools.

What you'll get in return
As the CI Engineer, you'll be paid a salary of up to £50,000; dependent upon your experience. In addition to this, you'll join the site bonus scheme, enjoy 30 days annual leave (+BH) and you'll be able to join their highly competitive pension scheme.
