Your new role

You will be the key finance point of contact for the Business, providing first class finance business partnering to the local management team whilst being the gate keeper in terms of ensuring that all Financial Reporting is accurate, robust and well presented; to include actuals, budgets and forecasts.

Account Management / Business Partnering

Work across all areas within Finance to ensure the processes are understood, mapped, adhered to, continually reviewed to identify gaps, and drive improvements.Work with the Finance Operations Manager to deliver alignment to the firm strategic operating principals.Conduct regular review meetings with the Finance Operations Manager and Client Relationship Partner to give transparent view of the current debt, billing and imprest position, highlighting where necessary, areas of improvement and non-compliance.

Financial Analysis

Review debt and billing reports to focus improvement activity. Understand and monitor accuracy of the key client imprest reconciliation.Work with Revenue Reporting and MI to automate all reports, where possible.

Operational responsibilities include

Working with the Finance Operations team to ensure task lists, check lists, training guides, process maps, roles and responsibility document are created and kept up to date and providing support as required.Ensuring invoices have been billed and delivered as per the clients billing guides/contract, and create/update where required.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience of working in a senior transactional finance role with experience to draw on for continuous improvement
  • Good communication skills - able to present financial information to local management and report into central finance team remotely.
  • Able to provide challenge to local management, hold to account against budget and agreed action items.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Able to work on own initiative and prioritise.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Advanced excel skills.
  • A 'Can do' attitude
