Fantastic opportunity to leverage this firm's existing network and develop further the contested probate practice.

To be considered you should have at least 10 years' PQE and significant experience in contentious probate/trusts work. This will include all types of inheritance disputes including applications contesting wills, applications to remove Executors, claims for financial provision under the Inheritance Act 1975, rectification of Wills, breach of trust claims, and contentious Court of Protection applications.

As this role is senior, you should be a full member of the ACTPS and ideally a member of the Institute of Legacy Management, but this is not essential.
