An exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate level Solicitor to join a ranked Contentious Private Client team, where you can progress and develop your career. The wills, probate, estates and trusts team have specialist experience in acting for a diverse range of clients for beneficiaries, executors and trustees and other organisations such as charities. The firm handles all types of disputes, both nationally and internationally. 

This leading UK & International law firm based in North Hampshire area is looking for a 5+ year PQE Contentious Wills & Probate Solicitor to join a busy private client team that is expanding, in this critical hire. The firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team to give you the right support required to climb the career ladder. The team includes members of the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Hybrid working is on offer to all staff (50% office based, 50% working remotely from home).

You will be handling a varied caseload and building trusted, long-term relationships with clients to include contested wills, probate and Trust claims, inheritance disputes and Inheritance Act claims and Court of Protection work. 

Your role as a Contentious Wills & Probate Senior Associate Solicitor will involve:

• Clear career path from the outset
• Supervising and supporting the development of junior solicitors in the team
• Being able to business develop and network to gain new business
