Exciting opportunity for a Contentious Probate Lawyer to further their specialism within a leading firm with a well-established presence within this field. The firm has gained an outstanding reputation for their work in Private Client and Litigation matters.

The successful candidate (Solicitor or Charted Legal Executive) will ideally hold three years’ experience of successfully handling a wide range of litigation matters relating to wills, probate, and powers of attorney.
  • Solicitor or Legal Executive position with progression opportunities

  • Strong salary on offer £40,000 £55,000
  • Work / life balance
This opportunity will allow you to carve out a niece and become a specialist within this space; Alternatively, there may also be the opportunity of handling a broader civil or commercial litigation caseload alongside contentious probate matters, should you prefer this.
