Working for a well-established, friendly but hard-working hospitality team. Job Title: Content Creator

Location: Maidstone

Salary: £30k-£40k

Hours: Monday-Friday - 8.45am-5.30pm

The role:

As Content Creator, you will play a vital role in strategising and creating content, developing relationships, and growing the audience for the company.

As the Content Creator your key responsibilities would be:

· Develop and execute a content strategy across multiple platforms that aligns with the brand identity and speaks to their target audience.

· You can deliver on current trends, creative storytelling, and campaigns that stand out from the crowd to build and engage their audience.

· Work with our existing partners and create new relationships that add value to our audience and guests

· Work with our Brand Photographer to shoot and capture high-quality videos, creating stand-out content across multiple platforms

• Keep the content on our website up-to-date, fresh, and engaging.

· An organised individual with good planning skills and exceptional attention to detail

• Great social skills and are comfortable talking to anyone, from Directors to sporting legends, to guests at our events-and everyone in between.
• Confident in pitching your ideas and backing them up with insights.
• You keep up to date with content trends, always looking for inspiration and new ideas.
• You are a self-motivated individual who is always learning; if you don't know the answer to something, you find it out.

· You are comfortable using Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, and learning new software.
