Adecco Harlow have partnered exclusively with a highly credible business based in Harlow to help them find a Contact Centre Manager.

This role you will ensure the smooth running of the Collections Team call centre.

For the role of Contact Centre Manager, you will monitor and manage a team and optimise service to provide the highest of standards which their clients expect.

SALARY & BENEFITS

  • £40,000 + Quarterly bonus
  • Monday to Friday, shifts between 8am-8pm
  • Harlow

THE JOB

  • Lead and develop a high-performing collections call center
  • Ensure consistent treatment of customers and uphold excellent service standards
  • Shape training programs and competency frameworks for team members
  • Implement process improvements and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Manage telephony systems and technology effectively

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Previous experience in call center or contact center environments
  • Exceptional telephone manner and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and tactfully
