CONTACT CENTRE AGENT

MONDAY - FRIDAY: 08:00-16:00 / 09:00-17:00 / 10:00-18:00 rotating weekly

£11.44 PER HOUR 

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Contact Centre Agent to join our well-established client based in Tamworth.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering room to grow and progress.

Day to Day Duties

  • Handling incoming calls with excellent customer service
  • Liaising with engineers to ensure efficient job handling
  • Assisting with general administration duties, filing, copying, and data entry
  • Using Microsoft Word and Excel programs

Essential Skills

  • The ability to work as a team or alone
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good level of English
  • Good work ethic

Desirable Experience

Working within a similar environment

Training

Full training provided and on-going support.
