Call Centre Advisor
  • Annual Salary: £19,188 
  • Location: Chessington, KT9
  • Job Type: Permanent (Minimum 30 hours per week)

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Create AWESOME bookings for our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable planning experience.
  • Handle booking amendments with precision and empathy.
  • Provide exceptional service through phone, email, and live chat.
  • Offer detailed information about our resort offerings and accommodations.
  • Upsell package add-ons to enhance guest experiences.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold our high standard of service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to remain composed in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic IT competencies.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with attention to detail in grammar and punctuation.
  • Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Call centre experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
