Firm within the banking sector are looking for additional support on an interim basis to assist with preparations and the implementation of the consumer duty.

Reporting to the Consumer Duty Programme Lead and Group Customer Director, the positions will play a critical role in designing and embedding of effective, robust and consistent frameworks, processes and governance which underpin the FCA Consumer Duty.

The positions will be day rate contracts falling inside IR35.  Hybrid working is available, with office locations being in the South-East and in the West Midlands.

Available Roles:

The business is looking to hire 3 Consumer Duty Consultants across the following disciplines:

  • Strategy, Vulnerability & Duty Governance
  • Customer Journey
  • Customer Experience & Communications

Experience Required

A background within financial services is essential, alongside previous, and significant experience and understanding around consumer duty to include:

Customer strategy, journey, and vision

Customer vulnerability and customer outcomes

Production of the consumer duty board pack

Reporting and governance

Mapping the complete journey

End 2 end customer communications and touch points

Testing customer communications.

Defining and testing of the customer communications strategy.
