Job Title: Consultant in General Medicine/Acute Medicine

Placement Details: We are currently seeking a Consultant in General Medicine/Acute Medicine to support our Emergency Department . This role involves reviewing medical patients from Monday to Sunday, 9am to 5pm, with immediate effect until the end of February 2023. The first shifts will start on 11/03/2024 at 09:00 and end on 05/04/2024 at 17:00, covering a total of 20 shifts.

About the Role: As a Consultant in General Medicine/Acute Medicine, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients in our Emergency Department.

This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the delivery of acute medical services and make a positive impact within our hospital community.

Requirements:

  • GMC registration and eligibility for inclusion on the Specialist Register for General Medicine/Acute Medicine.
  • Relevant experience in emergency medicine and acute care.
  • Availability to work the specified shifts and hours.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
