We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant ideally, with 2-3 years Construction Recruitment experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from start to completion.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and select high-quality candidates.
  • Utilise various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships with universities/organisations, to source and engage potential candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure they meet client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Construction Recruitment Consultant
  • Strong knowledge of construction recruitment channels and sourcing techniques
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Driving license

Package;

  • Up to 35K basic
  • Car Allowance

  • 4K - 15K = 20%
  • 15K + = 22.5%
