A dynamic and fresh-minded Construction Consultancy are currently seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Construction Project Manager for their office in Bournemouth.

This role presents a unique opportunity for a passionate professional to contribute to the successful delivery of diverse construction projects.

The Construction Project Manager Role

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be at the helm of mid-to-large scale projects across various sectors, including Education, Residential, Commercial, and Industrial. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of project management, including planning, budgeting, procurement, site supervision, safety management, collaboration, problem-solving, and diligent progress monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing a wide range of projects in the Education, Residential, Commercial, and Industrial sectors.
• Managing project lifecycle, from initiation through to completion.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders.

The Construction Project Manager

• MRICS, CIOB, or APM qualifications, or actively working towards them.
• A BSc/MSc degree in a relevant field.
• Essential experience in a construction consultancy.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Broad experience in handling various projects within the build sector.
