An independent Construction Consultancy Practice are currently on the hunt for a proactive, energetic Construction Project Manager to welcome into their London team.

The Construction Project Manager Role

The successful Construction Project Manager will be joining the team providing a range of multi-disciplinary services within the Commercial, Retail and Residential sectors including refurbishments, renovations and fit-out projects valuing between £500k - £10m.

This position provides an opportunity for the Construction Project Manager to gain diverse experience with the longstanding clients held at the consultancy, one of these being Starbucks.

The Construction Project Manager

  • MSc/BSc Degree
  • RICS/APM/CIOB Accredited or working towards achieving
  • Consultancy experience
  • Proficient IT skills
  • Full driving license
  • Team player and ability to work effectively individually
