An expanding Construction Consultancy is on the lookout for a driven and dedicated Construction Project Manager to join their team in their London office.

The Construction Project Manager Role

The Construction Project Manager will collaborate closely with a senior PM, tackling diverse projects in Residential and Commercial sectors.

This skilled Construction Project Manager will naturally take full responsibility for their projects from start to finish. They will play a pivotal role in the company's growth by nurturing relationships with existing and new clients. Along with managing risks and value for the design team, they'll handle crucial day-to-day administrative tasks vital for project success.

The Construction Project Manager

• Degree in Construction/Project Management/Surveying
• Possessing FRICS, MRICS, or AssocRICS qualifications, or displaying the willingness and capability to work towards obtaining them
• Confident communicator and strong interpersonal skills when engaging with clients, designers, contractors and colleagues
• Bringing prior experience within a Construction Consultancy setting
• Demonstrating extensive expertise in producing and administering construction contracts
