Construction Project Manager
An esteemed Construction Consultancy are actively seeking a dedicated and motivated Construction Project Manager to join their team at their Oxford office.
The Construction Project Manager Role
The role of the Construction Project Manager involves engagement across a diverse spectrum of construction sectors, encompassing retail, education, residential and commercial.
The accomplished Construction Project Manager will be tasked with assuming complete ownership of their projects from inception to completion. This includes the pivotal responsibilities of nurturing the growth of the company through both repeat and new client relationships, overseeing the design team with a focus on risk and value management, and handling various day-to-day administrative duties.
The Construction Project Manager
- A degree in Construction or Project Management.
- Membership to a relevant professional body (RICS, APM, CIOB or similar) would be ideal.
- Previous roles within a Construction Consultancy
- Ideally experience working on projects in several construction sectors
- Entrepreneurial and forward-thinking
