An innovative Construction Consultancy are actively in search of an energetic and enthusiastic Construction Project Manager to join their team, situated in London.
The Construction Project Manager Role
The Construction Project Manager's daily duties involve overseeing complex construction projects from start to finish across both public and private sectors, as well as managing initial RIBA stages and strategic project planning.
The successful Construction Project Manager will handle cutting-edge projects, including remodelling, occasional new construction, CAT A refurbishments, and CAT B occupier fit-outs.
The Construction Project Manager
- Preferably RICS accredited or with intent of achieving
- Construction/ Project Management/ Building Surveying degree
- Background working within a Construction Consultancy ideally for a minimum of 2 years
- Extensive experience across varied construction sectors
- Valid UK driving licence
