A dedicated Construction Consultancy are currently looking for a goal-orientated, confident Construction Project Manager to welcome into their Newbury team.
The Construction Project Manager Role
The Construction Project Manager's role revolves around delivering transparent, impartial, and expert project guidance to clients. They tailor their services to cater to each client's unique requirements in an industry and economic landscape that is constantly evolving.
In their successful tenure, the Construction Project Manager will navigate all phases of programs, developments, and projects from inception to completion. These projects span across diverse sectors, including retail, leisure, residential, office, industrial, and public realms.
The Construction Project Manager
- Accredited by RICS, APM, or CIOB, or actively progressing towards accreditation
- Construction/Project management degree or equivalent to
- Experienced in varied build sectors
- Previous employment within a Construction Consultancy
- Confidence with building client relationships, resulting in positive outcomes
