Construction Project Manager
An established Construction Consultancy based in Manchester is currently seeking an ambitious Construction Project Manager to join their growing Project Management team. #
Specialising in the healthcare sector, this consultancy prides itself on delivering a wide array of projects across the North West and nationwide, ranging from £50k reception reconfigurations to groundbreaking £100m new build projects equipped with state-of-the-art facilities.
The Construction Project Manager Role
The Construction Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of healthcare schemes.
You will ensure consistency of service and adaptability to meet the unique demands of each project, whether it's enhancing a town centre public realm or installing a rooftop helipad for an Air Ambulance service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the delivery of healthcare construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Applying our robust Project Management Process to provide tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of each client and project.
- Collaborating closely with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Contributing to the continual improvement of our project delivery model, embracing innovative solutions and best practices in healthcare construction.
The Construction Project Manager
- A Project Management qualification or construction-related qualification, underpinning your understanding of the construction industry and project management principles.
- Experience in Construction / Project Management, with a preference for those who have worked on healthcare projects, demonstrating an ability to handle complex, high-value projects with precision.
- A proactive and devoted individual who thrives in a dynamic team environment, with a keen interest in furthering their professional development within a forward-thinking consultancy.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and stakeholders with ease.
