A dynamic Construction Consultancy practice are actively seeking a motivated and ambitious Construction Project Manager to join their team at their London office.
The Construction Project Manager Role
The Construction Project Manager will be immersed in a variety of projects spanning a wide range of values, covering sectors such as housing, urban regeneration, education, commercial, care, and health.
The accomplished Construction Project Manager will integrate into the cost consultancy, project management, and employer's agent group, taking proactive charge of their assigned projects. In addition to overseeing individual projects, they will collaborate closely with both internal and external partners. Moreover, they will play a pivotal role in contributing to the development of junior team members by offering guidance and mentoring.
The Construction Project Manager
- Construction / RICS / Project Management related degree.
- Experience in varied build sectors
- Hold a construction / RICS / Project Management related degree.
- Previous experience working in a consultancy
- Entrepreneurial mindset
