Are you passionate about the construction industry and legal intricacies?

AJ Chambers is working with a fantastic firm in Central London who are looking to expand their Real Estate team with a Construction Paralegal who will be at the forefront of its exciting projects!

Duties:

  • Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to construction contracts, permits, and regulatory filings.
  • Conduct thorough research on construction laws, codes, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and project managers to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
  • Manage documentation, correspondence, and filings for ongoing construction projects.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth legal processes.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Law degree.
  • Proven experience 1 years experience as a paralegal, preferably in construction law or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of construction practices, regulations, and legal procedures.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and MS Office suite.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
