Absolute Executive Search are delighted be working with a well-established legal 500 firm who are looking to appoint a Construction Solicitor (non-contentous) into their London or Bristol team.

The role is non-contentious and the team is one of the largest construction and engineering teams in the UK highly ranked in the Legal 500 and chambers. You will advise on cutting edge projects in the UK and overseas, working with the projects, real estate, finance and corporate lawyers to enable complex construction, redevelopment and infrastructure projects to come to fruition.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Relevant experience working on high quality construction and engineering projects
  • Preparation and negotiation of the terms of construction documentation including tenders, letters of intent, main contracts, sub-contracts, and collateral warranties.
  • Advising in respect of funding arrangements.
  • Advising clients in a wide range of projects.


Requirements:-

  • 4+ years of PQE considered.
  • Good knowledge of non-contentious construction work.
  • Experience in dealing with large developers and funders.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Good customer service skills and able to develop long standing client relationships.
  • Qualified in England & Wales.


Salary:-
Negotiable dependent on experience
