Job: Construction lecturer

Location: Essex

Contract Type: Temporary contract

Salary: Upto £40 per hour - PAYE or Umbrella options available

Days: 4 days per week - 30 hours per week

Start date: ASAP

Morgan Hunt is delighted to be working with a prestigious further educational college in Essex to help employ an experienced multi trade construction professional for their part-time construction lecturer role. The construction lecturer will need to have:

  • A recognised teaching qualification
  • Experience of delivering the construction pathway entry level 3, Key trades are - Painting, decorating and tiling, Brickwork combined with elements of carpentry & Carpentry combined with elements of brickwork
  • A strong understanding of the construction industry, including current trends, legislation, and best practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students from a range of backgrounds
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning, and to supporting students to achieve their full potential
