Reed are currently working with a well known client who have an office in Ringwood, so support on recruiting a Construction Co-Ordinator on a temp or temp to perm contract:

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake general typing for the team in order to produce accurate and professionally presented documentation
  • Filing documentation in an agreed system so that it is logical and able to be followed by other team members and progressing any action required on correspondence.
  • Undertake minor research on topics as may be directed.
  • Responsible for maintaining diaries, for arranging meetings and appointments.
  • Responsible for Co-ordinating the Construction training
  • Responsible for obtaining and collating accurate information required for reports.
  • The Co-ordinator may have access to information of a highly confidential nature in connection with the Department's business and company policies.  In this connection considerable discretion is required.
  • Undertake any other duties to assist the smooth running of the department and the Region, commensurate with the level of the role.
  • To support the Office Manager as and when required.

Education and Qualifications

  • GCSE Grade C standard or equivalent including Maths and English
  • Ideally will have had Administrator training

Knowledge & Experience

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint including a typing speed of 50 words per minute.
  • Demonstrable experience of working in an office environment undertaking a variety of administrative tasks.
