My client is a Top Legal 500 firm looking for a Associate/Senior Associate to join their Construction team based in Guildford. This is the perfect role for someone who is looking for a clear route for progression, with promotion opportunities for the right candidate. 

This role is a mixture of both contentious and non contentious construction however candidates who may have experience primarily in contentious or non contentious construction will be considered. 

The construction team is part of the wider Real Estate team which currently consists of 7 Partners and 22 other lawyers. The team currently acts for employers, construction professionals, contractors and sub-contractors so their is a broad range of quality work across various sectors. 

They are looking for team players with experience on the contentious side of adjudication, arbitration and litigation and on the non-contentious side, candidates should have experience of leading and advising on transactions, drafting and negotiating construction contracts and ancillary agreements.
