Construction Assessor

About the role

In this role you will assess learners on-site who are aiming to complete their apprenticeships within Property Maintenance at Level 2.

You will build a portfolio of the learners work load to go towards their EPAs (End Point Assessments).

You will also coach and mentor learners throughout their apprenticeship.

To be successful

To be successful in this role you will need a background in construction ideally within Carpentry & Joinery, Bricklaying, Plastering or Painting & Decorating - experience in multiple would be excellent! A relevant level 2 qualification in construction would be essential!

A passion for mentoring / helping people to achieve their potential.

An assessors award would be very beneficial but training can be provided however, a good understanding of apprenticeships would be beneficial.

The abaility to travel to different sites and manage your own work load.
