Apprentice Structural Waterproofing Operative

Salary: £25k to £27k plus company van 

Location: Henley-on-Thames/South East

Reed Recruitment (Southampton branch ) are recruiting for an apprentice construction structural waterproofing operative, on behalf of our client based in Henley-on-Thames. Our client is at the forefront of Structural Waterproofing, Damp Proofing, Timber Preservation,and Flood Mitigation. Projects range from the most important historic buildings in the land to cutting-edge, complex new builds with everything in between. This role provides plenty of variety and ongoing training and development.

The apprenticeship...

Full-time in-house training and mentoring by experienced structural waterproofing operatives

You will undergo a PCA apprenticeship programme (18 months) leading to a Level 2 NVQ Diploma in sub-structure work occupations (structural waterproofing)

Completion leads to automatic promotion

25 days paid holiday plus all Bank Holidays

Full UK driving licence

Construction site experience 

Ability to problem-solve 

Happy to take instruction

Good Health & Safety awareness 

Excellent work ethic and positive attitude

Able to work in a team and as an individual

Good spoken English, reading ability and communication skills

Attention to detail and pride in work
