Construction Account Handler

Due to growth a permanent job for a Construction Account Handler has arisen.

Your new job:
Your new job working as a Construction account handler will be working for a small independent Broking house, means you will be responsible for a full 360 roles dealing with clients from inception to completion and be responsible for placement of risks, client management and placing of risk. You will be responsible for collating information for market presentations in relation to construction risks, obtaining quotes, drafting policy documentation for owner-controlled insurance programmes, processing MTAs, claims advocacy and risk management (survey follow up). This role will be client facing and so the candidates will need to be personable, confident and knowledgeable in front of clients. You will be responsible for handling UK construction insurance risks.

What you'll need to succeed:
The ideal candidate will preferably have 5+ experience in insurance broking specifically in the construction sector Great knowledge with of JCT contracts and you are able to advise on the insurance implications. Your experience is desirable of collating information for market presentations in relation to construction risks obtaining quotes, drafting policy documents for owner-controlled insurance programmes. You will have previous experience working in an insurance broker handling UK construction risk from inception to completion and be fully competent in handling clients.
