Conduct Risk & Control Lead
About:
A high performing London Market insurer are looking to hire a Conduct Risk & Controls Lead to establish, test and maintain conduct risk controls allowing effective and efficient delivery of the conduct risk framework.
Responsibilities:
·Assist the conduct risk manager in promoting ethical behaviour throughout the company to deliver the best outcomes for customers/policyholders.
·Collaborate closely with key teams from departments including Delegated Authority, Audit, Underwriting, Claims, and Complaints to create and implement best-in-class control framework.
·Improve conduct risk KPIs and thresholds, monitor them, and review them frequently to make sure they're still useful.
·Report test results, weaknesses in controls and procedures, and improvement plans, along with a tracking of progress and ongoing monitoring.
Requirements:
·Previous experience in carrying out annual Fair Value Assessments.
·Conduct risk experience within the Lloyd’s/London insurance market or General Insurance.
·Knowledge and experience of implementing appropriate conduct regulations relating to consumer and small business insurance products.
