Job Title: Computer Science - Qualified Teacher

Location: Bury (BL9)

Salary: Daily rate paid to scale.

Job Description:

teach195. are seeking a Qualified Computer Science Teacher to join one of our client schools in Bury.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in Computer Science.
  • Assess and evaluate students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes success for all learners.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the Computer Science curriculum.
  • Contribute to the overall development and improvement of the Health & Social Care department.
  • Safeguarding of all pupils and families is a key responsibility for all stakeholders within education settings.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) awarded at UK education institution.
  • Relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in teaching Computer Science at the secondary level.
  • Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation.
  • Track record of successful student outcomes and achievement.
