We have partnered with a well-known business who are looking for a Call Centre Quality Assurance Analyst to join their team on a 12 month FTC in their Bristol offices. This is an excellent organisation who support people with disabilities to have a more independent quality of life.

What you'll be doing

  • Monitoring calls and emails to ensure they follow data protection 
  • Grading calls to ensure they align with company compliance 
  • Analysing and reporting data trends
  • Coaching and training the team where necessary 
  • Ensuring the team provide a positive process for customers 
What you'll need to apply

  • Previous Quality Assurance experience within a contact centre or a customer service environment
    Excellent communication skills
