Our client, a leading organisation in the financial services industry, is seeking a Compliance Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a critical role that will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and promote a culture of compliance throughout the organisation.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement compliance programmes and procedures to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and company policies
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance programmes are current and effective
Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters and foster a culture of compliance within the organisation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new policies and procedures as needed
Conduct investigations into alleged violations and recommend appropriate disciplinary action if necessary
Maintain documentation of compliance activities and ensure records are accurate and up-to-date
Requirements:

Good knowledge of FCA/ PRA and also Data Protection regulations
Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
