Compliance Officer (Fire) – Housing Association – About The Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a regional Housing Association based in Liverpool who are looking to recruit a permanent Compliance Officer (Fire). This role offers £32,716.62 per annum, with an opportunity to gain a qualification once in post to increase the salary banding. This role has a hybrid and flexible working policy, with a 50/50 split between home and the office/site. This organisation has an excellent benefits package including an excellent pension scheme and 28 days annual leave + bank holidays.

Compliance Officer (Fire) – Housing Association – About The Role:

• To be professionally accountable for ensuring that the property stock is safe and meets all legislative requirements
• To be responsible for performance managing contracts in a consistent manner
• To deliver contracts to a high standard meeting agreed specifications & performance target, achieve value for money & maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction

Compliance Officer (Fire) – Housing Association – What You Need:

• UK Driving License and own vehicle
• Social Housing experience
• Record of working within a compliance field both independently and as part of a team to a portfolio of residential properties
