Job Description:

Recruit UK are working on an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Manager to join a financial Planning firm.

Our client is a highly successful Financial Planning firm, specialising in supporting clients across the Gloucester area. As their client base continues to grow and the Advisers are busier than ever going out for both annual review and new business, they are looking to bring on a Compliance Manager. You will ensure the firm meets regulatory and internal requirements, as well as communicating with stakeholders, and the team.

Duties will include but not limited to:

• Develop a sustainable compliance program and take responsibility to maintain
• Develop and draft policies and procedures, updating where necessary and providing T&C training
• Identify any improvements and present solutions, putting in training where needed
• Manage annual compliance diary to provide relevant updates to stakeholders and the tam
• Work alongside external file check support

Skills and experience required:

• Previous experience working in an IFA or Wealth Management firm
• Good up to date knowledge of the FCA regulations
• Experience working in a compliance role, or similar
