MERJE are working with a leading financial services' business who are looking for a Compliance Manager to join their fast growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead with implementing and maintaining the compliance framework and associated documentation.
  • Lead in the drafting, reviewing, and updating of compliance policies and procedures, ensuring documentation of compliance tasks and decisions.
  • Maintain processes and controls ensuring their compliance with key regulations and legislations.
  • Lead with the creation and performance of controls related to the business.
  • Support with the communication to the business functions of ongoing key updates related to reviews.
  • Lead with the undertaking of focused and thematic reviews and testing including the Compliance Annual Plan, agreeing findings, and issuing monitoring reports to the business.
  • Conduct regular compliance assessments and reviews to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulations impacting the business
  • Lead with the preparation of management information (MI) for the Head of Compliance to include in monthly MI, and compliance committee reporting around compliance monitoring activity undertaken.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience drafting Compliance policies and procedures
  • Strong FCA regulatory knowledge
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong financial services experience
