Compliance Contract Manager – Housing Association – About the Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a Housing Association based in Liverpool to recruit a Compliance Contract Manager on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract. This role will offer £53,000 per annum and hybrid, flexible working. The organisation has an excellent benefits package including 28 days annual leave and being part of the Social Housing Pension Scheme.

Compliance Contract Manager – Housing Association – About the Role:

  • Responsible for leading a team of Compliance Officers to effectively contract manage compliance contracts for assets.
  • Manage the delivery of building contracts through clear performance reporting, processes and procedures which are understood across all teams.
  • Implement a robust performance management system to ensure contracts meet performance targets.
  • Develop and produce regular assurance reporting, covering all areas of statutory compliance responsibilities.  
  • Undertake a programme of compliance audits to ensure processes and procedures are being followed, performance targets are being met and recommending any actions required.
  • Ensure a high-quality service is being always delivered to customers.

Compliance Contract Manager – Housing Association – What You Need:

  • Experience of managing compliance contracts
  • Experience of dealing with contracts along with proven ability to liaise with and manage/monitor contractors’ performance.
